Chukwuma Ikechukwu (Ik) Agha

Mr. Agha is a lawyer with a unique cross-continental perspective shaped by living, studying, and working across three continents. His international experience has given him a deep appreciation for diverse cultures, legal systems, and the challenges individuals and families face when navigating complex life transitions. His varied background enables him to connect with clients from diverse communities and approach legal issues with both practical insight and cultural understanding.

Before being called to the Bar of Ontario, Mr. Agha completed his LLB at the University of Hertfordshire, where he discovered his passion for family law while working as a student in the family law clinic. He later continued his education by pursuing an LLM at Osgoode Hall Law School. Although he completed his articles in personal injury law, his passion for family law never waned; he remains committed to helping clients with a broad range of family law matters and guiding them through some of life’s most significant challenges.

Mr. Agha is committed to providing thoughtful, client-centered representation grounded in professionalism, integrity, and service. He believes that the practice of law is the vocational expression of his faith in Christ, which plays an important role in shaping his values and guiding him to serve clients with compassion, respect, honesty, and excellence.
Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Agha enjoys spending quality time with his family, staying active in the gym, playing football, and binge-watching series. He is passionate about personal growth, community engagement, and building meaningful relationships both professionally and personally.
