Deepshikha Saini

Deepshikha Saini is an internationally trained lawyer who began her legal career in India in 2013 before transitioning to Canada in 2019 and is currently practicing as a Barrister & Solicitor in the Greater Toronto Area.

With over a decade of legal experience across India and Canada as a managing partner of small, mid-and large-sized law firms, She has gained extensive experience in legal drafting, courtroom advocacy, case management, negotiations, mediation, arbitration and client representation. Through her practice, she is committed to delivering strategic, client-focused solutions, particularly in family law matters.

Deepshikha holds a Master of Laws degree. Alongside family law & child protection, she has experience in civil, corporate and criminal matters, which strengthens her ability to advocate effectively in high-conflict and financially complex family law matters equiping her a broader perspective when supporting clients whose legal issues intersect across multiple areas.

Deepshikha is passionate about supporting individuals and families through complex legal challenges with clarity, empathy, and professionalism. She is fluent in English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu, allowing her to effectively serve diverse communities.

Outside of her legal practice, Deepshikha enjoys spending time with family, travelling, engaging in continuous learning and professional development.
