At Sage Group we are happy to extend a free consultation to privately funded clients.

 

Purpose:

The purpose of the consultation is to ascertain whether we can assist you with your Family Law legal matter.  You will be provided with basic legal Information with regards to your case as well as information with respect to the cost associated with our services.

General Information about Our Consultation:

  • Our Free consultations are held over the phone only.
  • Consultations are limited to 20 minutes.
  • We do not review documents as part of the consultation. If you have an ongoing court file, you may inform the lawyer to the best of your ability as to your case. However, the  lawyer will not review your court documents at the consultation. If you wish for your court file to be reviewed the lawyer can advise you as to the cost of the same.
  • Consultations are recorded for note-taking purposes. You may request a copy of the recording.
  • Consultation calls are held Monday to Thursday between the hours of 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • We will not contact the person on the other side of your case. We simply request their name and contact information so we can add them to our conflict check database.
